Debra Ruh, a Global Disability-Inclusion Strategist, has provided leadership to governments and disability organizations around the world supporting research, outreach, policy and standards initiatives in the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the US Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The author of Uncovering Hidden Human Capital: How Leading Corporations Leverage Multiple Abilities in Their Workforce, she is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Ruh Global Communications, TecAccess and Strategic Performance Solutions.

Rolena Richardson’s commitment to hiring people with disabilities began while she trained at Uniqlo in Tokyo, Japan, where she experienced first-hand Uniqlo’s corporate mission of “changing conventional wisdom and changing the world” by working with, and hiring, a diverse and inclusive workforce. Most recently Rolena was instrumental in the opening of the Uniqlo Chicago Flagship store and in growing the Uniqlo presence from three Flagship stores to over 45 stores across the United States.

David Rowland is a member, and former chair of the Seyfarth Chicago Diversity Action Team which strives to foster diversity in all areas including the hiring of attorneys and support staff with disabilities. With more than 25 years of experience litigating labor and employment disputes in federal and state courts and administrative agencies across the country, David is a trusted advisor to many public and privately-held companies.
